Job Description – Office Administrator
Orbiquin Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, provide administrative support to management and departments, and maintain a professional and efficient working environment aligned with pharmaceutical industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Handle correspondence, emails, filing, and document management
- Maintain office supplies, vendor coordination, and procurement records
- Support finance and HR-related administrative tasks (invoices, records, attendance)
- Assist management with reports, presentations, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and corporate information
- Coordinate with external partners, service providers, and visitors
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in office administration (pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
